Director of Coffee Experience

LifeWorks seeking a Director of Coffee Experience to lead a high-end coffee bar and bistro operation in a premium environment. This unique opportunity offers the chance to oversee an intimate hospitality setting featuring handcrafted coffee beverages, fresh pastries, and elevated savory lunch offerings while managing a small, dedicated team.

The Food Service Director will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including team leadership, service excellence, food quality, client relations, and financial performance. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader who can deliver a refined guest experience, maintain exceptional standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and clients alike.

Operating seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM , this venue provides a hospitality-focused experience that blends the warmth of a neighborhood cafe with the professionalism and service standards of a corporate dining environment.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
