Description
NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Atlanta. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to foster a polished casual dining atmosphere while driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to create a welcoming environment that reflects our great company culture. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that outstanding service quality is maintained at all times. Join us in revolutionizing the dining experience and driving our strategic objectives forward.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in the thriving restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
Lead, mentor, and train staff to provide top-notch guest experiences
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Maintain high standards for food, service, and cleanliness
Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability
Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships effectively
Handle guest feedback and implement improvements
Coordinate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects our company values

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges
Experience with financial management and budgeting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
