NOW HIRING – ANCA CNC GRINDER

Are you an experienced machine operator with a strong eye for detail? We’re looking for a skilled ANCA CNC Grinder to join our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Operate ANCA 5-axis CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision router bits and cutting tools
• Load and unload materials and monitor machine operation
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
• Measure finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Verify dimensions, angles, and overall product quality
• Inspect parts for defects and separate or reject parts that do not meet specifications
• Maintain accurate measurement and production records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Machine experience required
• CNC or grinding experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and specifications
• Ability to perform repetitive movements while standing for extended periods
• Dependable and safety-conscious
