Team Personality & Café Culture

Because we're a small café, every team member plays an important role in creating the experience our customers have when they walk through the door.

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, enthusiasm, and personality to their work. Someone who enjoys connecting with customers, has fun with their coworkers, takes initiative, and helps create an environment people look forward to visiting.

We're also passionate about sharing our café's personality with the community through social media! We regularly create photos and videos featuring our drinks, food, team, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Our team should expect occasional photography and filming during café operations. We encourage employees to participate in fun, creative content and are especially excited about candidates who enjoy being outgoing and expressing their personalities. Participation in identifiable promotional content will be handled with appropriate consent.

We're not just looking for someone who can make a great cup of coffee — we're looking for someone who can help make our café a great place to be!

What We're Looking For

The right person will be reliable, positive, hardworking, and comfortable taking initiative. We value employees who recognize what needs to be done without always being asked, work well with others, and take pride in contributing to the success of a small business.

Whether you're making drinks, preparing food, helping a customer, cleaning up, or bringing some personality to our social media presence, we want someone who approaches their work with enthusiasm and a team-first attitude.
