Join Our Team as a LVN Nurse – Residential Mental Health Facilities around southern Orange County, CA!
On-Site in San Juan Capistrano, CA | Full Time - Schedule, Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm/ 40 hours per week.

What You’ll DoAs a Nurse at AMFM Healthcare, you will support our clients’ physical and mental wellness through hands-on clinical care and holistic treatment. You’ll work directly with clients and alongside an interdisciplinary care team to deliver excellent medical and therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
Essential nursing duties for clients, including but not limited to:
Managing prescribed medications, noting times and amounts on patients' charts.
Provide basic patient care or treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures.
Sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides, sterilizer, or autoclave.
Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
Maintain the integrity of the med/clinical record in the company EHR system, including the following:
Making sure all medical documents are scanned in a timely manner
