You arrive on-site to a home with persistent low water pressure. You review the plans, trace the run, mark your penetrations, and rework the layout to bypass a structural beam. You cut, thread, and assemble the new line, test the joints, and walk the homeowner through exactly what you did—price agreed upfront, expectations met, system back online. Your Impact

• Handle residential and light commercial diagnostics, service, and installations—all to code.
• Prevent issues before they escalate; reduce callbacks by identifying risks early.
• Service and verify water, steam, gas, chemical, and air systems; pressure-test and confirm performance.
• Read blueprints, apply building codes, and plan installs around obstructions with accurate layouts.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and assemble pipe, tubing, valves, fixtures, and appliances.
• Mark pipe routes, connection points, and fixture locations cleanly and precisely.
• Explain all completed work in customer-friendly terms; ensure satisfaction before you depart.
• Present clear pricing and gain approval prior to starting work.
• Maintain meticulous records; submit complete, timely paperwork.
• Keep your truck clean and stocked; complete inventories and periodic truck inspections.
• Protect and maintain tools and equipment; follow safe work habits.
• Secure PO numbers when picking up materials and communicate costs before and after taxes.
• Spot and cultivate qualified lead opportunities that support our business plan.
• Contribute in weekly team meetings and participate in company-sponsored training.

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Where and How You’ll Work

• Field role with local travel.
• Typical exposures include sewer/water odors, power-tool noise, dust, and debris.
• Work may take place in heat, cold, and other extreme weather conditions.
• Extended hours may include daytime and evening schedules.

Physical Capabilities

• Remain steady under pressure; occasional difficult on-site interactions may occur.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Regular standing and walking; frequent ladder and stair use.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as tasks require.
• Ability to focus near and far with normal depth perception (with or without corrective lenses).
