Route & Home Time: Drivers run established regional freight lanes with a weekly 34-hour reset. Recurring customer freight and organized dispatch help maintain productive miles and a dependable weekly schedule. Route planning is structured around consistent regional freight while keeping weekly home time part of the regular schedule.

Freight: This regional position provides 100% no-touch dry van freight with consistent customer freight throughout the operating area. Drivers can focus on safe driving and timely deliveries without loading or unloading freight. Regular customer freight helps support 2,500 miles per week across the regional lanes.

Driver Requirements: Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and a minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Drivers should be prepared to operate safely throughout the regional running area while maintaining a professional driving record.

Equipment & Tractor Trailer: Drivers operate late-model International tractors equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and double bunks. Every driver is assigned a dedicated driver manager, with 24/7 operational support available throughout each trip. The equipment setup provides the comfort and convenience needed for regional driving throughout the week.

Orientation: Orientation prepares drivers for the regional lanes, equipment, company procedures, and dispatch expectations before transitioning into regular freight assignments. Ongoing operational support remains available after onboarding to help drivers settle into their regular freight schedule.
