As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Furniture Loader to join our team. This role is essential in preparing furniture for delivery and ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and strong teamwork. Benefits Starting pay: $14.50/hour Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (hours may vary based on workload) Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Employee Discounts Company-matched 401(k) plan Competitive PTO plan Responsibilities Open, inspect, and prep furniture for delivery Stage furniture in designated areas for efficient loading Inspect furniture for damages or defects and report issues to a supervisor Ensure items are properly secured and protected for transportation Assist with assembling and disassembling furniture as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous experience is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems (as needed) Experience with pallet jacks, lift trucks, or floor equipment is a plus General maintenance skills are a plus Additional Information This job description does not imply these are the only duties to be performed.
