Remote Solar Appointment Setter / Lead Manager

We’re hiring a part-time Solar Appointment Setter / Lead Manager to call and text homeowner leads and book phone appointments for our sales team.

Pay: $6–$12/hour + performance bonuses/commission

Hours: 2–4 hours/day to start

Days: Monday–Friday, Saturdays optional

About 75% of your time will be spent making outbound calls.

The other 25% will include texting leads, booking and confirming appointments, updating our CRM/Google Sheets, dispositioning leads, following up with no-shows, and rescheduling missed appointments.

Most leads that you will be calling are Facebook leads, older solar leads, and reactivation lists. They are warmer than completely cold lists, but this is still difficult outbound sales work.

You will get rejected, ignored, hung up on, and told no. You need grit, thick skin, persistence, and the ability to keep dialing regardless of how the last call went.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with any of the following is strongly preferred:

* Solar appointment setting or sales

* Cold calling / outbound sales

* Appointment setting

* Calling U.S. homeowners

* GoHighLevel or similar CRMs

You must have excellent spoken English, clear neutral pronunciation, a strong phone presence, reliable high-speed internet, a quality headset, and a quiet work environment. I cannot stress enough you MUST have very strong english with barely any accent. You need to sound almost American or close to it.

You'll use Wave Dialer, manual calling, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, SMS, and Google Calendar.

Schedule:

Choose your hours within our preferred Central Time calling windows:

8:30–10:30 AM

11:30 AM–1:30 PM

4:00–7:30 PM

We're starting at 2–4 hours/day, with the opportunity for additional hours or full-time work based on performance and your preference.
