Join our Lincolnton privately contracted DMV License Plate Agency. 

We are a fast-paced, customer focused office assisting NC motorists with vehicle titling, annual plate renewals, tax collection and notarial services.

The ideal applicant will have: previous DMV, or auto dealership experience, bi-lingual abilities (Spanish), previous customer service experience with the desire to serve a diverse customer base with kindness and professionalism, ability to process payments and perform end-of-day account reconciliation, strong attention to detail, computer skills with focus on regulated processes and procedures, NC Notary Certification.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus.  Very much a detail oriented position.

Primary skills required are working with customers in the data entry into the State of North Carolina's DMV registration database.  Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder, no previous felonies, and be able to pass computer use tests. Position will be full time. Training will be required.
