Sante is seeking Part- Time Mobile Crisis Specialist's to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Westminster, MD . As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, implementation, and treatment plans with consumers in the community. What You'll Do Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals. Serve as a liaison for collaboration with other involved parties, including families, friends, and community partners such as local police and fire departments. Educate individuals about community resources related to mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services. Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner. Abide by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to confidentiality and protected health information. What You'll Need Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience (experience working within a crisis environment preferred). Must possess and maintain current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW or LGPC). Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance. Ability to work evening shift M-F 4pm-12am Preferred Qualifications LCSW-C or LCPC LMSW or LGPC What We Offer Hourly Rate: $35.00-$38.00 per hour, based on licensure and experience.
