The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required documentation and health screenings are completed prior to starting their role.ResponsibilitiesComplete Personal Health History forms, including vaccinations and health statements.Verify licensing and certifications as part of onboarding.Participate in competency testing related to specialty.Ensure compliance with the Trinity Code of Conduct and patient information security agreements.Undergo necessary background checks and verifications.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCandidates must possess the relevant licensure or certifications to practice in their respective fields.
