SOW Specialist (Contracts & Procurement)

ROLE IMPACT

The SOW Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Procurement Operations through the end-to-end management of Statement of Work (SOW) contracts and revisions. This position ensures contract accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while partnering with procurement, legal, risk, privacy, suppliers, and business stakeholders. Success is measured by delivering high-quality contract administration, minimizing risk, and creating a seamless stakeholder experience throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the full lifecycle management of SOW contracts and revisions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
* Review, analyze, and redline SOW terms and conditions to align with procurement standards, rate cards, and company policies.
* Initiate, monitor, and manage approval workflows within Fieldglass, driving contracts through completion and resolving process roadblocks.
* Coordinate legal, risk, and privacy reviews as required and facilitate contract execution through DocuSign.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing proactive communication, status updates, and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* Experience working with Fieldglass SOW modules, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), or similar contract management platforms.
* Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS
* 2-4 years of contract administration, procurement operations, or contract management experience.
* Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and collaborate effectively with suppliers, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify risks and drive resolutions proactively.
