Work Arrangement On-site / Regular presence required Compensation Base Salary + Equity & Benefits Travel 10-20% Key Responsibilities Enterprise Demand Generation Partner with Sales to define target accounts, priority industries, buyer needs, lead criteria, and follow-up strategies. Develop and execute focused account-based marketing (ABM) and industry campaigns. Build campaign journeys, content, landing experiences, and tracking programs. Measure and report sourced and influenced pipeline using clear attribution methodologies. Positioning & Content Define positioning, value propositions, audience messaging, and competitive differentiation across Physical AI, robotics, and industrial automation. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear and compelling business stories. Develop messaging frameworks for websites, sales materials, product launches, executive communications, recruiting, and events. Personally create and oversee content including videos, demos, technical explainers, presentations, launches, and sales enablement materials. Executive Voice, Social & Content Distribution Develop compelling thought leadership and executive voices across relevant channels. Manage editorial calendars and transform product, technical, company, and market developments into engaging content. Repurpose and distribute content across social media, web, email, executive channels, and Sales. Measure engagement and reach among target customers, partners, technical audiences, media, and talent. Events, Media & Industry Engagement Lead marketing activities around major industry events and conferences. Coordinate executive participation, collateral, target-account meetings, lead capture, and follow-up. Develop relationships with relevant AI, robotics, logistics, supply-chain, technology, and trade media. Develop media pitches and prepare executives and spokespeople for industry engagement. AI & Marketing Automation Develop repeatable AI-driven workflows for research, content creation, campaigns, distribution, follow-up, and reporting. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing activities while maintaining quality and accuracy. Establish appropriate human-review, source-verification, confidentiality, and data-handling practices. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience or equivalent Principal-level experience. Proven experience marketing enterprise AI, Physical AI, robotics, industrial technology, automation, logistics technology, or another complex technical product. Experience marketing to enterprise buyers within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, fleet, or similar operational environments. Demonstrated experience operating with significant individual ownership in a lean or solo-marketer environment. Strong ability to combine marketing strategy with hands-on execution. Excellent writing, storytelling, positioning, and editorial skills. Demonstrated success generating measurable audience growth, qualified demand, opportunities, or pipeline. Experience partnering closely with Sales on ABM, target-account programs, lead generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline measurement. Regular experience using AI tools in marketing, including at least one repeatable AI-powered workflow or automation with measurable results. Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Direct experience marketing Physical AI or robotics. Background in industrial automation, autonomy, AI infrastructure, logistics technology, connected operations, supply-chain technology, or similar technical markets. Experience marketing products deployed in complex production environments. Established relationships with relevant business, technology, AI, robotics, logistics, or supply-chain media and analysts.
