Manager – FP&A Mountain View, CA – Hybrid (3 days in office) Egnyte Your Career. Spark Your Passion. About the Role Egnyte is looking for a Manager, FP&A to join our Mountain View team. The role requires on‑site presence at least 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Key driver/owner of operating expenses and decision support modeling for key business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership. Build and maintain complex financial and decision‑making models to evaluate tradeoffs, assess investments, and support scenario planning. Lead ROI and business case analysis for key initiatives to inform capital allocation and growth decisions. Support preparation of investor and executive‑facing financial materials, ensuring clear and compelling communication of performance and strategy. Ensure on‑site presence at least 3 days per week. Your Qualifications 6+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience. Experience working with SaaS and subscription‑based revenue models at a technology company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excel and PowerPoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred. Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable. Compensation Base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $145K to $165K annually.
