Position: Sales Associate/Consultant – Lordstown, OH Shift: First Responsibilities Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements. Facilitate a comfort‑paced interview to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives. Present vehicles that meet their needs and explore their interests. Involve customers in trade‑in evaluation, present financial proposition, address concerns, and request the order. Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers as prescribed, developing loyalty. Perform related duties as assigned. Position Requirements Outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with all types of people. Professional, ethical, and respectful. Self‑starter and self‑motivated. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with ability to follow through. Proficient computer skills including email. High school degree. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
