Position: Cost Accountant

Location: Monticello, AR

Scope of Position:

The Cost Accountant is responsible for calculating and tracking operating costs such as labor, raw material, overhead, inventory, etc.; analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, etc. to determine the effect on costs; comparing factors affecting prices and productivity; preparing ad-hoc summaries and variance reports; as well as implementing related cost accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
