Registered Nurse RN – Home Health

Schedule That Works for You

• 12-hour shifts • Saturday and Sunday required • One weekday of your choice • Full-time status

What You Will Do

• Manage your own patient caseload • Complete Start of Care and follow-up visits • Develop and update care plans • Communicate with physicians and care team • Educate patients and families • Document in Homecare Homebase

What You Need

• Active RN license (Indiana) • 1+ year clinical experience • Ability to travel locally • Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Home Health or Hospice experience • Homecare Homebase experience
