Role Description The Leasing Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sunrise, FL. This position supports leasing operations by preparing and processing lease documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with lease administration tasks. The Leasing Assistant will greet and assist prospective and current tenants, respond to inquiries, schedule property tours, and provide follow‑up communication to ensure a smooth leasing experience. The role includes coordinating with property management on move‑ins, renewals, and lease changes while maintaining organized files and databases. The Leasing Assistant will also support general office tasks and collaborate with colleagues to help meet occupancy and service goals. Qualifications Strong lease‑related skills, including Lease Documentation, Leases, and Lease Administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a focus on customer service. Ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and leasing or property management systems). High attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, tenant‑focused approach. Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is preferred but not required.
