Role Description
Cerchiamo un AI Global Platform Engineer che sviluppi ed evolva la spina dorsale tecnica della nostra piattaforma di Conversational AI. Progetterai e manterrai i sistemi che alimentano le esperienze voicebot e chatbot dei nostri clienti enterprise worldwide.
Perché questa non è una "normale" posizione di engineering?
- In CAI facciamo ricerca applicata.
- Testiamo approcci che in Italia non ha ancora provato nessuno.
- Portiamo in produzione ciò che funziona e scartiamo il resto velocemente.
- Non cerchiamo un esecutore, ma qualcuno che voglia scrivere il futuro dell'AI.
Qualifications
- Forte proficiency in Python e/o Node.js.
- Esperienza hands-on con API di LLM e architetture RAG.
- Familiarità con stack telephony (Twilio, Telnyx o simili).
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia su progetti multi-stakeholder.
- Italiano e Inglese fluenti (B2+).
Requirements
- Esperienza con piattaforme di automazione (n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Conoscenza di React per interfacce di configurazione.
- Conoscenza dello Spagnolo (fondamentale per i nostri progetti in LatAm).
