Responsibilities

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing quotes, and following up with potential clients.

Policies Administration: Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their changing needs.

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in customer service and sales is required. Insurance experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately process policy changes and provide accurate information to clients.

Customer-Focused: Genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.

Must be a good multi-tasker and enjoy a fast pace with high volume of activity.
