Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

YMCA Winston-Salem is seeking a part-time Member Experience Representative to greet members, conduct tours, and connect guests with programs. Shifts are 9am-1pm M W F and 8am-12pm T TH, with MW or T TH rotation on Saturdays and every 4th Sunday. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service, processing IDs, answering calls, and supporting DAXKO reports, while promoting YMCA programs and community involvement. 18+ and associate degree or equivalent preferred; bilingual skills add value. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ymc
