Location: Lancaster, New Hampshire (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 3640 Hours per Week

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, coordinating patient care, and supporting clinical staff in a medical-surgical unit. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage patient flow while ensuring high-quality care.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in Med Surg Active New Hampshire RN License (Required prior to start) BLS Certification (AHA Required) Proven experience in charge nurse or leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of patient care coordination and clinical operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in acute care hospital settings Familiarity with EMR systems Strong leadership and communication skills

Work Environment

Medical-Surgical Unit Onsite role in Lancaster, NH Fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment
