Job TitleTimekeeping CoordinatorJob DescriptionThe Timekeeping Coordinator provides central administrative timekeeping support to industrial front-line employees and their leaders. This role supports accurate, timely, and compliant timekeeping practices by assisting managers with system tasks, timecard review, reporting, and issue resolution. The Timekeeping Coordinator will serve as a timekeeping system subject matter expert and provide a high level of customer service to managers, employees, HR, Payroll, and People Partners.Hours: 8am - 5pm PDTResponsibilities:Function as a timekeeping system "superuser" for several different client accountsRun daily reports to capture errors affecting accurate payrollSubmit regular reporting on errors to field leadership based on supervisor directionEscalate errors to senior Operations leadersWeekly PTO reconciliation before close of payroll periodAudit and enforce schedules in the timekeeping system for complianceManage incoming request volume through escalation paths and timely responsesDevelop working relationships with other support function owners, contributors, and field team membersCapture process improvement opportunities and coordinate with leadership to develop scalable solutionsDrive on tasks related to special projects that increase efficiency and lower costsOther tasks & duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:Associate degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent experience, preferredAt least 3 years of administrative, HR, payroll support, timekeeping, or customer service/support experienceTimekeeping experience and/or timekeeping compliance exposure strongly preferredExperience supporting managers or employees with timecard, pay, schedule, or payroll-related questions preferredExperience in a high-volume environment; prior support of 200+ employees or queue/inbox management experience preferredIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel; UKG/Kronos, Smartsheet, and JD Edwards experience a plusWillingness to become familiar with California timekeeping/compliance requirements for West Coast support strongly preferredStrong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage repetitive tasks accuratelyAbility to troubleshoot issues, shift priorities as needed, and escalate appropriatelyStrong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for helping peopleReliable, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote hourly environmentFlexible, adaptable, and open to learning established processes before recommending improvementsComfortable working Monday–Friday, holidays as required, and flexing as business needs require; overtime may be available but is not guaranteedUp to 10% travel annually, including potential initial in-person training and occasional team meetingsCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
