Packaging Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Packaging Operator to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, palletizing, and operating Form, Fill, Seal (FFS) equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. Key Responsibilities Assemble packaging materials including boxes, lids, labels, and related materials Operate packaging and transfer equipment following visual operating procedures Stack, palletize, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Perform repackaging and general production support tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Support general labor duties to assist production flow Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals Requirements Must be able to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout shift Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor warehouse conditions and varying weather Strong punctuality and reliability required Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately Must be willing to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Safety Requirements Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Must follow all OSHA and site safety rules and procedures Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices Work Environment Fast-paced production and warehouse setting May include exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions Team-based environment with production goals and deadlines Details Location: Baytown, TX Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Schedule: 12-hour shifts; must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Training: Employee will train at an alternate facility prior to potential transfer into a new warehouse location Assignment Type: Production / Warehouse – Packaging Operations If you feel you meet these the requirements, please call me at View phone number on click.appcast.io and ask for DAISY! #J-18808-Ljbffr
