Rehab / Med Surg - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 24 months. 3 months of travel experience is required. BSN completion preferred. Requirements Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units. Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main. Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details Required Skills / Experience: 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience. Charge RN Experience. Unit / Facility Details: This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. Special Requests: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission. May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed. On Call Requirements: TBD. Floating Requirement: May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg. 5 days maximum time off. 2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years. Driver’s license required.
