Direct Support Professionals help individuals strengthen workplace abilities, build life skills, and develop meaningful relationships. This is a great starting point if you are interested in a career in social work, special education, or occupational therapy. No experience is required; just wllingness to learn. Some positions are eligible for quarterly team bonuses and we reimburse mileage at $0.76 per mile.
