About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avantara Groton, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting guests with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Taking vital signs and recording patient information

• Assisting with medication administration and treatment plans

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our guests

• Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to guests, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor guests' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Assist with mealtime and feeding guests as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests

• Participate in infection control and safety protocols
