As a Security Officer - Full Time in La Crosse, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report concerns promptly. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $23.49 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, equipment areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
