CT Tech CT Technologist - Saint Paul, MN

A skilled CT Technologist is needed for a contract position within a Radiology department located in the Saint Paul, MN area. This opportunity offers the chance to utilize expertise in CT imaging while supporting general diagnostic imaging as needed.


Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Proficient in CT imaging techniques and safety protocols
• Ability and willingness to float to general diagnostic x-ray when CT exams are not scheduled
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in patient care

Location: This role supports a hospital setting in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area, offering access to urban amenities and cultural attractions while working in a high-quality healthcare environment.


Schedule and Hours:

• Two 8-hour night shifts during the week
• Two 12-hour night shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Position requires weekend work every week
• No on-call duties

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging exams following established protocols
• Assist with general diagnostic x-rays, including portable imaging, when CT exams are not scheduled
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate with radiology team members and support clinical operations as needed
• Wear provided Caribbean blue scrubs during shifts

• One full-time opening available
• Assignment length is approximately 13 weeks from start date
