Automotive Office Manager

About Us Jacobs Auto Group is a rapidly growing, multi-rooftop automotive retail organization with locations in Wesley Chapel, New Port Richey, and a brand-new flagship store opening in Bradenton. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead and elevate our accounting operations across all stores. Salary : $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, hands‑on Automotive Office Manager with multi-rooftop dealership experience. The right candidate must be able to build processes, standardise accounting across multiple stores, and support the launch of our new flagship Bradenton location. Responsibilities Build and standardise accounting processes across multiple stores Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgets & forecasts, AR/AP, payroll collaboration, deal posting, schedule reconciliation, inventory control, and manufacturer statements Ensure multi‑store consistency and compliance Manage and mentor office staff (AP/AR, billing, title, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close for all stores Review and reconcile all schedules monthly Monitor and manage receivables, payables, and cash flow Maintain accuracy of inventory, flooring, warranty receivables, and contracts in transit Support HR/payroll with payroll accuracy and requirements Develop strong financial controls and internal audit processes Work directly with ownership and the GM on financial strategy Assist with onboarding and accounting setup for the new Bradenton store Requirements 5+ years experience as an Automotive Office Manager (multi‑store required) Strong knowledge of dealership accounting, schedules, and reconciliations Experience with Tekion, Reynolds, CDK, or Dealertrack Deep understanding of sales, service, parts, and finance accounting Ability to build and lead accounting teams Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong communication and leadership ability High integrity and attention to detail Experience launching or restructuring store accounting is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off & holidays Long‑term growth opportunities in a fast‑growing dealership group Supportive ownership and modern systems A key leadership role in shaping the future of Jacobs Auto Group Job Type Full‑time Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience Automotive Office Manager: 2 years (Required) Automotive Controller: 1 year (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Jacobs Automotive Group
