Client Relationship Manager

This role is in-office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Costa Mesa, CA. We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills. As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. Collaborating closely with sales, EVSE technical support, and engineering teams, you will play a key role in tracking project completion and being the primary point of contact with our clients. Once the project is complete, you will ensure the installation remains successful by providing recommendations for upgrades, billing updates, etc. To further the business, you will also provide recommendations for charger upgrades and installations at new sites. Job Type: Non-Exempt Hourly

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift Mondays – Fridays
