Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist - Night Shift

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to work as a member of an interdisciplinary Crisis Response Team, providing crisis services in Hendricks and Putnam Counties. This is a hybrid position with a home base at our Hendricks County (Avon) office. The schedule includes a combination of office-based, community-based and remote work, depending on operational and consumer care needs. Team members may work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 crisis response program. Schedule: Primarily Nights You MUST reside in or be willing to relocate to Indiana. Job Summary Conduct crisis assessments through telephonic, walk-in, mobile and virtual crisis response. Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services. Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care. Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and ongoing quality improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or other related field; and Licensure in the state of Indiana as an LCSW, LMHC, LCAC and/or LMFT; Benefits Include Competitive salaries.
