Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer Salary: $140,000 – $240,000 + Equity + Benefits Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup based in San Francisco , focused on transforming the way sales teams operate. Their platform acts as an AI Sales Assistant—automating repetitive tasks so reps can focus on building real relationships and closing deals. This is a high-impact, onsite role where you’ll be part of a talented technical team building real-time AI and ML solutions that are already powering hundreds of millions in sales pipeline. What You’ll Work On: Building and deploying production-grade ML models focused on real-time collaboration, natural language understanding, and intelligent decision-making.
