Overview Position: Outside Sales Consultant — Bakersfield, CA. Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
