About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Los Angeles, California, 90230!

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in executing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients’ functional abilities
• Help patients improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license (state-specific)
• Certification from NBCOT (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (SNF/LTC experience a plus)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
