School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Woodbridge, New Jersey

Exciting contract opportunities are available starting Fall 2026 for skilled Speech‑Language Pathologists seeking meaningful work in supportive elementary school settings. Three full‑time positions await dedicated SLPs for maternity leave coverage, beginning in September for a 12‑week assignment. Candidates will work onsite, serving elementary age students (K‑5) including those in high Autism and preschool populations. Opportunities are available across two engaging school communities, with a third assignment to be determined soon. Both Clinical Fellows (with external supervision support) and CCC‑SLP professionals are encouraged to apply, although those with ASHA certification will receive priority consideration. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Valid NJ SLP License and SLS Certification required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcomed (supervision not provided onsite) Experience in school or pediatric settings, particularly with Autism and preschool populations, is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams SLPA candidates are not eligible Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Document progress and participate in team meetings as neededFoster a positive and inclusive learning environment This position features full‑time hours (35+ hours per week), a fixed‑term contract, and the satisfaction of helping students achieve their communication goals.
