Improving the lives of patients and families affected by rare blood disorders Delivering innovative, specialized, and compassionate care Supporting professional growth and team development Creating a collaborative environment focused on quality and patient outcomes What You’ll Do Lead and mentor nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support staff Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care Partner with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery Support regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts Develop staff education and promote clinical excellence Participate in process improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing experience Current California RN license 5+ years of nursing experience 3+ years of ambulatory care experience preferred 2+ years of RN leadership experience Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Experience with Joint Commission standards, Title 22 regulations, CCS/GHPP/Medi-Cal requirements, or quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
