Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement by serving as a primary liaison for faculty, trainees, university leadership, industry collaborators, vendors, contractors, donors, and external partners to support interdisciplinary collaborations and strategic partnerships. Support Executive Leadership by coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, organizing agendas, facilitating communications, tracking action items, and providing administrative support for Center leadership and Executive Team activities. Coordinate Communications and Outreach by supporting newsletters, website content updates, social media communications, marketing materials, public announcements, and promotional campaigns that increase awareness and engagement with Center initiatives. Manage Financial Operations by assisting with budget development, financial tracking, procurement activities, invoice processing, purchasing transactions, reconciliation activities, expenditure monitoring, and reporting in collaboration with university administrative offices. Track Program Performance and Reporting by monitoring milestones, operational metrics, engagement activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements while preparing summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders. Drive Operational Excellence by developing and implementing workflows, coordinating resources, identifying process improvements, and resolving operational challenges to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Center initiatives. Oversee Support Personnel and Vendors by coordinating and monitoring the work of student workers, trainees, temporary staff, contractors, and external vendors contributing to Center operations and programming.
