Job Description
As an estimator/project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects from initial design to final completion. This includes collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure that HVAC systems are properly integrated into building designs, creating accurate cost estimates based on project specifications, and managing timelines and budgets throughout the construction process.
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential/ light commercial HVAC projects from initial design to final completion. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and coordinate with various subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with industry software for estimating and project management is a plus.
