Lead Server

JEM, or Just Enjoy the Moment, is a family owned and operated restaurant. We are currently interviewing for a Lead Server position. This person will be working side by side with the Chef/Owner who has decades of experience, including working at and running multiple Michelin star restaurants; worked under multiple James Beard Award winning and Michelin starred chefs, including Jose Andres, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and Phillip Foss.

The space features an open kitchen, which puts our kitchen team in the heart of the dining experience.

Every employee gets tipped out, including the kitchen. When we are busy, we all do well.
