Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description We are looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team of clinicians at Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA). KULA is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs who are referred by primary care physicians. Our team provides developmental screening, therapy evaluations, and day‑treatment services for children ranging from birth through kindergarten, and we expand to elementary school ages during the summer. As a Speech Language Pathologist at KULA, you will work with children who have developmental delays, speech‑language disorders, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, and other medical needs. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that collaborates with occupational and physical therapists, nurses, and psychologists to deliver comprehensive care. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current Arkansas license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year. One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills & Abilities Effective communication with a wide variety of people. Ability to work with children ages birth through 7 who are at risk. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet software. Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents; write routine reports and correspondence. Apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Ability to address problems involving multiple concrete variables in standard situations.
