Occupational Therapist

Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of current Occupational Therapy experience. Outpatient experience is required. Inpatient experience is required.

License: New Hampshire license required and must be current.

Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Must-Have: Experience with the elbow, wrist, and hand is necessary. Ability to evaluate and treat shoulder issues, including pain, rotator cuff injuries, and post-surgical conditions. Proficiency in physical agent modalities is required. Ability to fabricate custom splints and fit patients with prefabricated splints in outpatient settings is preferred.

Description: This position involves working between two facilities. The schedule includes 24 hours per week at one facility on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The hours for this facility are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The second facility requires 16 hours per week on Tuesday and Thursday. The hours for this facility are also from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Transportation is essential as the position involves travel between the facilities.
