Manager, Business Analytics

Veracyte seeks a Manager of Business Analytics to serve as a strategic analytics partner across commercial, operations, and finance functions. This technical role involves developing scalable analytical solutions, performing statistical modeling, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives supporting Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams
- Partner with leadership to prioritize analytical investments and define success metrics
- Design and maintain scalable analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and BI tools
- Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling for business planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytical solutions with strategic priorities
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern cloud data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and stakeholders
- Track record building scalable analytical solutions and automating processes
