Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro ICU – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 06:45). Every other weekend required. Block scheduling available. 2:1 patient ratio. Orientation includes 48 hours onsite.

• Gain experience with EVD management, ventilator management, and acute stroke care

• Float opportunities to other adult ICU units for skill development

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred
• Experience with 2:1 patient ratios preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Skills required: arterial line management, ventilator management, external ventricular drains, ICP monitoring, stroke management, vasoactive drip titration, and critical care competencies
