RN Unit Manager
Position: RN Unit Manager (RNUM)
Location: Concord, MA 03301
Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 9 weeks
Pay Rate: $65/hr
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance.
- Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients.
- Managing daily treatment schedules.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Solving staffing issues and shortages.
- Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition.
