HVAC Technician
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Southaven, MS area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-38/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a HVAC Journeyman and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Install hoses and piping cooling systems for servers
- Perform refrigerant system vacuuming, evacuation leak testing, and charging
- Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematic
- Follow all safety procedures industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose system issues and perform preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- Valid EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification and be legally authorized to handle refrigerants
- Experience working with R454B and other A2L refrigerants is required
- Previous HVAC/R or commercial refrigeration experience
