- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver accurate, professional, and timely client support.
- Resolve routine client issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and procedures.
- Utilize approved AI tools to draft communications, summarize information, and improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, financial services, business operations, or a professional office environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
