Excel DentalExcel Dental is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and has a positive attitude. We are looking for a long-term team member who we can trust and bring a caring, positive attitude to our practice.Essential Responsibilities: (Not a Complete List)Greet and prepare patients for treatmentDemonstrate complete knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, maintenance, and proper tray setups.Chair side assisting during a variety of dental proceduresTake radiographs and intra-oral pictures.Provide patient instructions and education on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health and provide instructions for oral care following all dental treatment proceduresPrepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instrumentsMaintain strict compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPAMaintain dental supply inventory and perform other job related dutiesManage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipmentRequirements-MA Dental Assistant License-Radiology Certificate-CPR-HIPPA/OSHABenefits-Paid Vacation Time (PTO)-Paid Holidays-Paid Sick-Time-401K Plan with Matching-Health Insurance-Dental Insurance-Mentorship for Career Advancement-Free Parking-& Much More!Competitive Compensation & Bonus OpportunityMentorship available for career growth, expansion of skills, and higher earning potential!Experience-1 Year Dental Assisting Preferred- We hire new DA grads!
