Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with weekend requirements every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a qualified Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele) Registered Nurse to join our flex pool. The RN will be responsible for providing care for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be adaptable and willing to float between two MS/Tele units based on unit needs. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and manage dysrhythmias. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Utilize standard med-surg/tele equipment including bedside monitors and Liko lifts. Document all care in the electronic health record (Cerner). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license. Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience is required. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Previous charge experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be comfortable floating to all required units. Why ARMStaffing?
